Comfort Room at
Eternal Tides
At Eternal Tides, we understand how difficult it can be to say goodbye to a beloved pet. We’ve created an on-site Comfort Room—a serene, neutral space where you and your veterinarian can meet when in-home euthanasia isn’t an option or when a clinic setting feels too impersonal. Scheduled to open in October 2024, this 250-square-foot room is being designed with your pet’s comfort and your peace of mind in mind.
Our Comfort Room will offer a tranquil environment, free from the stressors that can often accompany veterinary visits. Our intention is for the space to provide a private and peaceful setting for those final moments with your best friend, allowing you and your family to focus on what matters most—your pet. The space is thoughtfully designed to be calming and welcoming, with soft lighting, comfortable seating, and gentle décor that reflects the care and compassion we believe every pet deserves.
We know that for many pet owners, the experience of saying goodbye in a clinical setting can be deeply traumatic, leading to an emotional association with the clinic that may result in them seeking care elsewhere in the future. By offering The Comfort Room as an alternative, veterinarians can provide their clients with a compassionate, neutral space that helps preserve the trust and relationships built over the years. This option not only supports pet owners during a difficult time but also strengthens the bond between them and their veterinary practice.
If you’re interested in scheduling a time to use The Comfort Room, please fill out the scheduling request form below. We’ll work with you and your veterinarian to ensure a seamless and supportive experience. We know that the decision to say goodbye is never easy, but our goal is to provide a space that honors the bond between you and your pet, making those final moments as peaceful as possible.

Please note that Eternal Tides and our staff do not perform euthanasia services. However, we are here to assist you by contacting your veterinary office on your behalf to initiate the conversation. Due to privacy laws, veterinary offices are unable to share your pet's information with us directly.
