Eternal Tides is honored to offer compassionate home pick-up services for pet families in the West Fargo, Fargo, and Moorhead areas. For a fee starting at $15 during business hours and $30 for after-hours assistance, we provide transportation for your beloved pet to our facility, allowing you peace of mind during this tender time. For those who would prefer to also have their animal’s remains returned to them after choosing Individual Aquamatation, Eternal Tides can also return those remains to you or you can choose to come to our facility and pick them up after the process is completed.

Location and Scheduling: We offer pet pick-up services within a 20-mile radius of Fargo, using the address you provide at checkout. If you need to update this location, simply email us at curtis@eternaltidesfmwf.com, and we’ll be glad to assist.
Business Hours and After-Hours Availability: Pick-ups scheduled during our business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM) are available starting at $15. For after-hours or weekend pick-ups rates begin at $30.
Confirmation and Coordination: Once you’ve scheduled your pick-up service, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Our compassionate team will reach out for confirmation and to provide any additional information if needed.
Special Requests: If you have any specific needs or instructions for our team, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to support you in every way we can.
Returns (optional): For those choosing Individual Aquamation, Eternal Tides can return your pet’s remains after the process is complete (we ask for 7-10 days). Our team will coordinate with you to bring the cremains (“ashes”) back to you via at-home drop-off or USPS mailing.
